You have nothing to worry about. Puberty can start anywhere from the age of 10 to 16 or 17. Plus you may never get black hairs if you are blond, they may stay blond. Don't worry about it let time take it's course.
body hair: pubic area, underarm area
penile area: increase in size, scrotum grows darker
shoulder area broadens
pecs start to get harden and enlarge as if you're about to grow breasts. don't worry you're not.
your body hairs will basically be the same as the hair on your head.
