How to get a six pack at the age of 16?

im 16 and 6.1 and 135lbs how can i get i six pack ive tried everything ive lost the wight but my rib bones stick out why is that thnks

yeh dude just do liek 100 - 500 situps a day it will take like 20 mins and eat right its not that much commitment but at 16 damn ull have a 6 pakc in no time

You have to understand that not everyone can get a six pack, everyone's muscles are shaped differently. You may not have the ability to get a six pack. You need to put on some weight first. 135 is way too small for a male of 6'1." You need to put muscle on now by adding more protein to your diet. haha. When I first read the question, I thought it meant cigarettes for a 16 y/o. Anyway, eat lots of protein rich foods. e.g. fish. And, just do a lot of stomach/abs exercises. Results may be visible probably after a month though.
your too skinny, go to GNC but whey protien and maybe even creatine, eat alottt and go to the gym every day that will give you a at least a six pack guaranteed
