Please help me out i just really dont know what to do?

Question:
about a two weeks ago i noticed that my crotch was itchy and red and some 2 days ago i was taking a shower and noticed this green stuff on my penis. i tried to brush it off, and i even tried to scrape the skin off where its growing the most. thing is, it always comes back, and i really dont want to go to a doctor. what the hell is going is?

Answers:
Go to the Dr. Sound like it is rotting off.
Probably an STD. It won't go away until you see a doctor and get treatment (most likely antibiotics). You should also notify any recent sexual partners once you find out what it is. Be a big boy and get it checked out.
Fungal infection. Go to the store and buy some jock itch stuff, like lamisil or other fungal product and apply it according to directions around your groin. May take several weeks to get rid of completely, and you may want to start using powder like gold bond to keep the area dry so it won't flair up again. Good luck!
