it is very good but this is done in case the man is sterile or have weak sperms. icing make sperms stronger and more active to conceive

It's necessary for you to interfere with the process. Your scrotum knows what to do and when to do it. Icing is for other purposes, and your testes would probably prefer that you didn't do it.
