6 pack abs with no hard work?

I have never found 6-pack abs particularly appealing. What I find appealing is flat, taut abs, with no flab, but also with no ridges! One of my favorite ex-boyfriends, was one of the most beautiful examples of male physique that I have ever seen, and he did not, even remotely, look like a body builder...He just had a gorgeous shape...all over! *sm*

Seriously just aim for 30 situps per day, then just keep working your way up. You will get there! :-)

Sorry ain't gonna happen. You want a six pack your gonna have to work for it. Don't buy into those get-six-pack-quick -and-easy schemes. The only way to do it is through exercise.
Having six pack abs is the most tough task for any beginner in body building.For abs u must work hard at least 3 sets of 3 types of exercises of 15-20 reps.No junk foods and also aerobics of 30 mins.Since I tried all types of methods ..and without working hard there is no result.
You will need to work...and very hard. In order to actually "see" your abdominal muscles "pop" out you need to do two things...Lower your body fat to a safe and healthy percentage (this varies on your age/ gender), and increase the size of your ab muscles with exercise. I would be more concerned about my health if I were you, and not rock hard abs, those will come with time.
