My ex got a fake ball after he had one removed due to cancer. I couldn't tell the difference.
Its not a good idea, nobody would even notice the difference afterall. Other parts of the body, say the leg- it helps you walk; the eyeball, eyebrows or even fake teeth helps you look better. Fake testis, who wants to know and see?
It won't make much difference, tecticals are there to produce sperms. as long you have 1, its enough ok...
Good idea dude.. as long as they dont clink.. nobody will know. Ive had a vasectomy.. I suppose it will be no more complocated than that. It was no sweat.
I think the risks out weigh the benefits. I sure wouldn't risk it.
Save your money. Who would notice? And think of the stories you could make up when she did notice! "Yes, if that shark swam any faster, I'd be singing soprano...!"
I guess the benefits would be psychological. If you think you need it, then get it. Self esteem is important.

Your doctor who did the surgery should have discussed this with you. You need to discuss this issue with your doctor, not this group. Certainly it is a very personal decision, and if you think you would be happier with a full sac that is your decision to make. Your doctor can tell you the pros and cons.
