usually its because it runs in the family, i used to have a full head of hair till i was about 18 then it very slowly started to creep back.
if it is yourself that is going bald then the worse thing you can do is try to hide it. i shave my head because if i didn't i would look like max wall. if you don't know who he is just do a search and you'll see what i mean.

its usually to do with genetics, have you got dads or granddads who went bald? but it isn't just guys, some girls go bald as they get really old as well. it could also be down to stress, holding down a stressful job or having even just being a parent can be stressful.
dont panic though, lots of women find bald man very sexy and appealing.
It is probably inherited from your grandfather on your mother's side. The women are the carriers and the men are the sufferers.
