What is....?

Question:
what does it mean when people say a guys balls drop?

Answers:
The tesitcles are up inside a baby when it is born. Why, I dont know. (protecting them i suppose). But the testicles decend or drop at a later date. It is NOT right after the child is born.
I'm not sure if my timing is correct on this but im pretty sure It happens when your born, your testicles are up in your sack, and once you're born, they drop and that's why guys have testicles.
Take care,
xx
it means when you get guts to do somthing and when you grow up and become a man
Technically it means a males testicles have descended. The term is also used as a slang term to say a males voice has lowered during puberty.

Descended testicles means an infants testicles have dropped down into the scrotum after developing in the abdomen. Sometimes this does not happen naturally and a doctor will have to assist them. If a male's testicles do not descend and they are not diagnosed as not having descended testicles, puberty can be affected or it may not happen at all.

I hope this helps you find the answer you are looking for.

they drop into the sac they start out in your body and end up in the sac it for babys
They used to say that when a guy had the mumps if he was not in bed and mostly stationary during the sickness that the infection can drop down to the scrotum and somehow make your balls hang and be over sized. There was a guy i went to high school with who supposedly had that happen to him although I never myself saw his equipment he carried the name donkey dick although school.
