A bit of logic here: One of the biggest pharmaceutical money makers out there right now is Viagra, Levitra, Cialis - drugs that treat erectile dysfunction and are sold by legitimate, major (Fortune 500) pharmaceutical companies. The cosmetic surgery industry is huge (and regulated by American Medical Association). Believe me, if any of this junk actually worked, major pharmaceutical companies would have already gotten FDA approval and be selling it, and they would not need to be pushing it on YouQA.com s and have it marketed as a "supplement" which frees it from the FDA looking to close, and it would be recommended by licensed urologists
