So to stay fit man, hit the gym 3-4 times a week for 45-60 min and aerobic exercise 2-3 times a week for 20-30 min, this will keep you fit but only if you eat a healthy diet. I'd say it is. But you can't just stay fit with sex, you have to do other stuff too, and eat right. Still, it's a good excuse not to go to the gym that day, right?

Apparently yes it can. Funnily enough I was reading a small article on this yesterday (How weird is that? lol). If you do most of the work and keep it going for a good hour you can burn off 400 calories. So get flexing lol.

I dont know about keeping fit, but there is another advantage of having sex. I was reading an acticle and I forget the doctors name, but what he said was that if you have sex 200 times a year it makes you look 6 years younger. Albeit, the doctor said it in a much more complicated way, but that was the gist of it.
Sex with someone youlove and who is your spouse is quite gratifying and relaxing. You however do not burn more than just a negligible amount of calories. For extras you will have to be at it close to 20 times a day and this will not be good for your health on the long run.So get out from under the cover and do some pressups or situps You will gain more from these.
