Testicles cells are damaged?

anyway rather than testicular biaopsy to have a baby? sperms are very low and not movable, tried testicular biaopsy but not worked.

Question for the men. ;)?

Answer:
Your condition is called Oligospermia (Low sperm Count). I wonder why biopsy was done on you. Biopsy is done among those with zero count (azoospermia). AND biopsy is NOT a treatment. It is done only to document whether the cause of zero count is inability of your testis to produce sperms or if your vas are both completely occluded.
If you are producing sperms but only in low volume and are hardly motile, have it checked by a Urologist. One common cause of this is presence of Varicocele (engorged veins around the testis). Surgical correction of varicocele plus additional oral medications like Mesterelone or even Testosterone may improve your count 50% of the time.

If your count is very low (A million or less; the normal count is at least 50 million per ml of semen) and your wife is in her 30's (meaning youre running out of time) and you are desperate to have a child, then it is best to have in vitro fertilization or even intrauterine insemination after harvesting and treating whatever motile sperm you have.
