I feel your pain... literally!
I had it done about 3 years ago and it took about 2 months to heal completely... At times it looked like it wasn't going to, but it did in the end.
One thing I was told to do is make up some weak salt water solution and use that every day to clean it... it stings a little, but it helps the healing process, and it helps disinfect the area too.
A weak, black tea can also be used to speed up healing
(and both these options are cheaper than neosporin!)
Don't be surprised too if there is a minor secondary infection... It's very common and is easilty treated with anti biotics...
Good luck and don't worry too much... It will heal, just give it about 2 months.

Did it EVER occur to you that some people have circumcisions, particularly later in life becasue of legitimate medical reasons?

I think something like 80% of the rest of the world is NOT circumcised, so why does the US make people feel like they have to be? I'm moving to Canada where no one gives a ****. just call your doctors office and ask the nurse. i would not apply anything or do anything that my doctor or pharmacist did not tell me to do. they are professionals and i would trust them and follow their instructions. good luck / take care.
