it most prolly because of the dryness man, try to use some lotion. or if not, most prolly because of the growing kinky hair, in that case, just get use to it for several days.
Use lots of Baby powder in you underwear
that area is very sensetative area. i think u did it 1st time so that problem created. it is not good to shave pubic place. any small injury to it creats big problems. hairs are for protection so dont shave them.
That'll happen, if you do this a lot, it will be less each time, same as shaving your face. Mostly it is very sensitive skin that is irritated by the shaving. Nothing but a little razor burn/razor bumps. If your up to it, a little after shave can dull the pain a little (after the first sting), otherwise, anything that keeps it dry will help. Baby powder (non scented of course).
