How do I get rid of my man boobs with excercise? What equipment do I need...?

Question:

Answers:
Do weights, do bench-press, start of with light weights and gradually go higher. Do at least 10 reps a time. It will strenghten the muscles. It will hurt at the beginning but the pain gets less, any weight exercises are good, just don't overdo it and always make sure that you warm-up before doing weights. Take care.:)
Doing exercises is only the way i gues..

i would recommend doing weight bearing exercises which use mostly free weights that will stimulate the most muscle fibers and for instance your chest muscles by doing bench press and dumbell pressess will help turn your man boobs into pectorial muscles, but i would'nt completly focus on one area such as the chest, a good routine ecompassess the whole body so include squats and deadlifts and some other back leg arms and shoulder exercises, to have a balanced proportionate body, good luck :)
a bowflex would work well but if you have a tight budget just start out with 15 to 20 push ups a day it worked for me!
Lots of push-ups and press-ups
