What may occur is scar tissue can build up from you pulling it one way- and then when that tissue forms and hardens it will pull 'your thing' the other way and appear to hang crooked. :/ If youre worried about that just make sure you 'rub' it in both directions.

Of course not! Actually certain exercises make your penis increase in size. One method is making an ok sign with your pointnig finger and thumb and make that ok sign wrap around the base of your penis, squeeze and pull up to the bottom of the head of the penis.
