How do Can I get pecs and six pack? My cousin says i have to gain weight to get muscles, is that true? Do you have to be in a diet? How many days does it take to get results? What exercise do you have to do? How many days do you have work out? Does my strength improve when working out?

ans: Work out, like do some weight liftings or like do some push up and sit up

Yes, you have to gain weight in order to get muscles.. you can eat foods contain protein and starchiness.. like drink a cup of milk every day... or you should follow some instructions or getting a diet...

How many days does it take to get results?
ans: it depends on your body... but don't be lazy because it is hard or don't be demoralised when it still doen't grow... just wait and keep doing it daily..

What exercise do you have to do?
ans: I only want to get my arms look bigger, so I just do press up every day and I have been doing it almost for 6 months, and the results come out now...

ans: I do it every day...

Does my strength improve when working out?
ans: Yes, it sure does!!

workout its that simple not that hard of a thing to figure out
heres a simple answer if you dont know what you need to do t o get what you want you need a personal trainer check your local phone book they will assist you in every aspect you need to know and you usally get a few free sessions when you join a gym
With muscle you gain weight. Find a good workout for you and results could take from a couple of weeks to months.
its good to gain a couple of pounds be lazy for a few days and when you think youve gained enough thats when you should start lifting weights in a gym or at home it worked for me
When one gets muscles, weight gain is invariably there due to muscle mass being more than the weight of the fat lost by exercising the muscles. It is however a myth that one shud gain weight first and then start muscle building exercises.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
