im assuming your a male. you can continue growing untill your midtwenties, but it really all depends on the person. so it is possible that a growth spurt can still happen exactly when, no-one knows.
Around 16, some of my short friends started to outgrow me. However everything also depends on your gene. If your father is only 5'8 including your Uncle's, most probably you wont go taller than 5'10 or worst you will barely reach 5'8.
In my case my Dad and Mom was only 5'6. I got my Mom's gene (her family were tall people). I reached 5'8 and my brother 5'10.
Get the average of your height growth. I basically grew 1 inch a year, so I was able to predict my actual height when I reached 21. Guys stop growing at 20 or 21.
