Man boobs D:?

k im 190 pounds 5'9 and im 15 yrs old. I walk like 2-4 miles quite alot to lose my weight. Everythings going good i guess, but the thing is my stomach isnt that big just my chest area and i have pretty big man boobs, any certain excercises to lose just that area?

the more weight you lose the better it will look. also it is possible for males to grow "breasts" right after puberty. so if you have started pubery within the last year or so then it might be that along with the weight.
walking will not make u lose calories i suggest u jog instead and yes u can turn ur man boobs into hard pecs by doing push ups and bench press.
You can't "spot-target" fat. i.e. doing crunches doesn't burn fat around your abdominal muscles. Instead it strengthens those muscles to make them more defined. So you can do exercises to strengthen your chest muscles but they won't necessarily burn the fat or "man boobs". To help burn fat all over do cardio at least 3 times a week for an hour. To build your chest and arms, you can try some of these exercises:

push-ups
bench press
lat pull-down
bench pull
pull-ups

If you have not lifted weights before you will need instruction to do these exercises. You could seriously injure yourself if you start out with too much weight.

dont walk run and 190 is way to much 120-140 is ok +every boy gets them but somtimes they never go away ask you doctor
