Drop the electric shaver. Use an Aloe based gel and razor (foam is just soap) - preferably ones available in organic stores like Trader Joes or Whole foods or expensive ones like L'occitane. They won't lather like soap - but will acne proof your shave by forming a thin film on your skin as you shave.
use clearasil
wash it.
wash your face before and after.
be very gentle.
try an acne cream

Do you get acne anywhere else? Maybe the screen on the razor is very dirty.
It's not acne if its from shaving. Those are razor bumps. Your shaving too close, ease up on the pressure. Also, learn to use a real razor, I have never found an electric to be worth a nickel.
Clean your razor, this may be getting dirt or something in your skin that is reacting badly.
You may also want to try switching to a regular razor. Just to see what happens.
I prefer an electric razor too. I'm not a fan of blades, but if you shave with a blade in the shower that helps. The steam helps, the hot water, etc.
Instead of shaving cream, I use hair conditioner.
I learned that from an ex girfriend (she used it to shave her legs) and it works MUCH better than shaving cream or gel.

your skins getting aggravated from the blade you may want to either replace your blades more often or use some kind of moisturizer. Also clean your shaver every day you may not realize it but you may be adding funk to your face.
May be you should shave when your skin is moist to avoid irritation. Also make sure your blade is always clean and sharp and your face is always clean before shaving.
Dude, I've been shaving for about 9 yrs, and still get razor-burn (I've just decided I have overly sensitive skin...). My suggestions? Go w/ a gel over a foam, use a straight blade over an electric (I like Gillette, namely the Mach 3), and use as FEW strokes as possible. Also, try not to stretch your skin (like, don't bite your upper lip, push your lip up towards your nose...). Try to shave after a good long hot shower, and spend some time running hot water right over your face. Rinse with cold water. And use a good aftershave.
My advise is put the electric razor away and buy a good razor.
I always got razor burn when I tried using an electric razor and gave it up decades ago.
My personal preference is for a straight razor, or a double-edge razor, but any of the modern multi-blade razors will do fine.
One secret to avoiding razor burn with a regular razor is to be sure your beard is moistened and softened with plenty of hot water, whether you use shaving cream or shaving soap, or dry shave.

it's probabally not acne, it's most likely razor bumps. you should try using some type of after shave, to help soothe your skin after you rip it open with a razor. scince your 15 i'm guessing the reason why you are having irritation around your mustache is because it is probabally the harryest part of your face.
that isnt acne...thats probably razor burn.its best to use shaving cream and a regular razor...i find the regular has a closer shave...i trust my hand over a machine
when using an electric shaver you should use a PRE shave lube like lectric shave
do no push down hard on your face when shaving, it can contribute to ingrown hairs and resulting acne
wash you face after, and frequently and best thing for acne wash your hands often and keep them ff ur face!!
