If you want to be propelled by your tunes, you need some punk.
I will now try list some stuff that will make you want to move.
Goldfinger- Open your eyes
MXPX-check em out on myspace
Sum 41 has some stuff that is a little older, but still really good.
Zebrahead
Less Than Jake- a little bit of a ska feel.
Yellowcard
The Gamits- "like white noise", and newer stuff on myspace too.
This should get you started. Most of these guys are good for the whole CD, not just one or two songs. So even though I didn't list that many, it should still be a lot of music.
Depends on what you like. For me, the louder and faster, the better.
Well, whatever you like really. Listening to music releases endorphins, so does exercising, and they make you happier, and act as a natural painkiller, for a bit. I guess lots of people prefer Hip-hop and such because of the beat. I find it is pretty good to use, but I listen to anything I feel like. Although, I do think a beat might get you into it more.
