Well, there is a guy in my class a little bigger than what you say. Work out, try doing some push ups, sit ups, running a little bit, eating healthy, just try, you will succeed if you try! Oh yea, and NEVER eat food at least two hours before bed..good luck man!

Dude you wanna lose weight? your 13 6 foot and 151lbs, that is like the perfect profile dude. All i need to do is lose some weight and il be the snit. im 15, 6'2" and 280lbs
At 13, it is hard to gain muscle. Keep working out and the fat will go away in a couple of years... around age 15, you will be fine.
