ok so i was weightlfting yesterday and i be working on my legs. however theyre not really sore today. my lower back isnt sore any and i was workin those too. my legs are a touch sore but nothin much. im goin to the YMCA today...should i just weightlift again today? or is that not a correct idea

Answers: that's accurate that they're not sore. They don't HAVE to be sore. It's good to hand over your muscles 48hrs rest between workouts. Work out muscles that you didn't yesterday.
yeah just do it for longer so you are sore.
