Do you think someone was trying to be a comedian when naming the erectile dysfunction drug CIALIS (see-Alice)?

Question:
I believe it could be offensive to people with mothers or daughters named Alice.

Answers:
This has occurred to me, especially, when I noticed that the pharmaceutical name is Tadalafil . . . . TA DA! Also, shouldn't Viagra have been named Bone Eva?
I'm not really thinking about someone named "Alice" when I hear "Cialis"...

Though, "Cialis" bears a lot of resemblance to the Spanish word "Cielo", which means sky. make your own interpretation...

Also, the "generic" chemical name for Cialis is tadalafil.

TA-DA-lafil.

I mean really.
