Penis isn't a muscle and therefore there's no exercise useful for it. Since its task and structure is made to become erect and give pleasure, the best way to keep it fit is to have sex regularly. How, where or with who have a minor role.
To increase the erection, the best thing I found were some exercises on Mistermanpower.com. I've gained bout an inch in erection length in two months, which is a realistic gain. I'm continuing the exercises and I'm still seeing results. Email me if you got any questions
