I am about 4' 11" to 5' tall, I am 13 (14 in September), and wear a size 8 shoe in mens. Is this normal, too small, large?

Well, I'm 13, 5'3", and wear a size 9 (but even that's getting a little tight :P). So I'd say that your shoe size is about right. I think I even wore that size at 5'.
no thats normal for someone your height. you are very very short for your age but your shoe size goes right with it. the normal is probably 10. I am 15 and when i was 13 i was a 12 but i was like 5"9
