Can passing a kidneystone affect sex?
Question:

The best answer for this is that it is up to you. As long as you can get an erection and it is pain-less when you have one...go for it. Having sex will not cause more kidney stones or anything of the sort...I assume by surgery you mean you had a lithotripsy? You are fine. Just go for it, I am sure that you are afraid...but nothing bad will happen as long as you have no pain. That would be all I would be afraid of but if this was months ago...that should be gone. I am sure you have rubbed one out since it has been a few months, so you already know that the pain if any is tolerable...just go for it, have a good time and do not worry about it. Just drink lots of water (not just any fluids, water) to avoid kidney stones again.
That question alone brings me pain.
You mean like during sex.eww. I don't think she wants that in her mouth...=^_^=
Seriously though, you should really consult a physician about that because it can and can't. It would depend on any tearing that happened as it passed through.
go for it
Nope, by now if everything isn't healed you would have noticed it. You should have no physical pain or any problems. If you do have any problems with an erection, it is mental because you are worrying about it.
What operation? They rarely operate for kidney stones, other than going in to take a look or using sonic waves to break them up. I can't imagine there being any connection between kidney stones and sex except for the dye and lube they use in scoping you, and you'd have passed all that by the next day. If someone actually cut your kidney or ureter open to take out a stone, if the incision doesn't hurt, you should be fine.
