How much egg should be consumed to stay healthy?

Question:
I saw this chart. It says:2000 calories then cholesteroal should be less than 300 mg. According the the Nutrition facts, one egg has 215 mg of cholestrol. That means more than that exceeds the cholesterol intake

Answers:
well, you can do without the eggs and still be healthy. eggs are very good nutrients but their components are available in a lot of other foods. however, if you really like eggs, don't go over two a week to stay healthy. Eggs are big cholesterol balls.
You don't need any eggs to stay healthy. Think about exactly what they are, obviously they were not intended as food. But I am a bit on the vegan side (although not a strict vegan) another one is animal's milk - clearly not intended for human consumption. Eggs are not a necessary part of the diet. And if you do like them with breakfast limit them to a couple breakfasts per week at the most, because yes they are high in bad cholesterol.
