Well many people believe that in order to get abs like those guys on 300. this is wrong you must work your entire body. However your work outs could focus abs but also incorporate the rest of your body. as well your abdominal muscles are the only muscle in your body that your can workout every day. the rest of the muscle groups need at least one day to repair. so one day you could do upper body and abs the next day you coul do lower body and abs. make sure to include cardio for your overall well being. PLEASE if you have not work out for a while make sure that your heart can handle it, go to your doctor to ensure you are ready to work out, serious consequences could a rise from long periods of inactivity and sudden work outs these consequence could even be Fatal, not to deter you from working out. as for exercises look on the web for ab work outs
