I have a itching pain at the tip of the penis. When you touch it it gets worse. The top of teh heD IS RED, AND it only hurts at the top. I was at the beach all day with a velcro fly bathing suit that may have irritatedit. My fried, who came with me today and wearing the same velcro style bathing suyit also has this problem. Ironic huh!? Well, what do i do to trwat it. t hurts when you touch it. What could it be. I am in my teens and NOT sexually active, just masturnate.
