If your looking to loose 10lbs in 2 week eat NOTHING but protein. Breakfast Water and a protein bar, Lunch Water and a Chic Breast the size of your hand and Dinner can be the same. Drinks LOTS of water and drink 2 protein shakes during your day as well. Just know once you stop and start eating normal your going to gain it back and maybe some extra.

I would recommend eating nothing but fruits and veggies for 7-10 days accompanied by nothing but water. It's not to be followed for much longer but for a quick fix, it's great and actually quite healthy.
Back when I was a military recruiter and we had recruits that were about 10-15 lbs over. We'd tell them to drink a gallon of water a day. It keeps you very full, cleanses your body, helps you eliminate waste, and of course you will lose those pounds your looking at losing.
