Can exercising and losing weight make a penis seem bigger?

Question:
I am just curious. Don't be judgmental. Since there will be less fat around the pelvic area, will there be more room for the penis to erect more? Exercising helps burn fat and grow muscle, so does it grow the penis because it is also muscle? I heard that for every 30 pounds a man loses, his penis grows one inch or half inch longer (not sure which). Is it true? If it is, can you please give me a link so I can read more about it.

Answers:
Yes it is true. They had a Dr. on the Opray Winfrey show that stated this.
yes...true... not sure of the link. know this from personal experience w/my boyfriend.
It would appear to be bigger but not actually,
With obesity the shaft is buried in fat and not visible.
Loose weight and more of the shaft becomes exposed.
If you are obese press gently into the fat area and you will feel the buried part
Yes
When you get rid of weight it does not get bigger, but rather it just appears bigger because as you said yourself, there is less fat in the pelvic area.

Also, the penis is not a muscle, it is an organ made of various tissues. If it was a muscle then the more you used it the bigger it would get. Unfortunately that isn't the case. There is no safe and effective way to increase penis size, but by getting rid of excess fat you can certainly make it appear bigger and make more of it accessible.
i only can say '' somewhat".
