Going To Gym?

Hi, i am 14, 15 in 3 months... and i went to the GYM today and found it quiet tiring obviously as it was my first time , did some weights etc and had a good workout.

How many times per week would be suitable?

Answers:
Depends on your goal (such as do you want to build muscle? Or do you want to lose weight?). But it is good to start off at 3 times per week, and then set a goal for about 5 times per week, and don't do the same thing each time you are there. YOu need to change what you do.
