Don't worry.. your secret is safe with all of us!
If it is painful to you, you should see a doctor. That's not an area you want to cause any "permanent damage" to..
I don't mean to sound mean here but you said you are a shamed to talk to anyone about this but you just told the world. yes we don't know you or can see you, but you just made the first step to finding an answer to your question. I understand your pain here and I would be in the same boat if I were a man. I would go to my Dr, and talk to them. That is what they are there for and they will not lol at you or make fun of you. '
If you're in pain, I mean if it hurts when you get an erection, then you need to see a doctor. But if the skin only gets extremely tight and white, then a lot of people get that. Don't be embarrassed, it's normal. If you're in pain when you get an erection, go to a local clinic. Nobody will know why you're there. If you see somebody you know, just tell them you have the flu. Doctors and nurses have seen thousands and thousands of penises. There is NOTHING to be embarrassed about.
you can use skin expansion methods to stretch and then grow skin to relieve tight skin-don't get cut-too many other great options!

Shed your inhibition and talk it out in your family.Say you have a personal problem which you would like to discuss with a doc.Your parents will understand. When with doc tell him you want to have a circumscision. Its a minor surgical procedure. You will be allowed to go immediately after the surgery. No administration of general anesthesia, only local anesthesia like xylocain is given,so you do not feel any pain.It takes a day or two to heal.Go ahead and get it done.It is also healthy.
Well of course it stops at some point past the penile head. When you have an erection, and during sex, the extra skin simply gets shoved back. If you feel like it's a problem, just go see the doctor for an evaluation. I promise the doctor will have seen a penis before, and won't keel over assessing if you have a problem with the foreskin. If there is, you can be sent to a urologist to consider doing a circumcision. I wouldn't be in too much rush to get that done, if it's not medically needed. It is not a pleasant surgery for a gentleman to recover from. And before you go to the doctor, do try to learn the proper names for your various parts. Otherwise you will feel like a 4 year old and really embarassed. Theres no need for shame, it's not like you are the only one to own a penis, nor have a question about it. So just go see the doctor.
you need to stretch it more maybe try using a gel when mastubating
Dude you have Phimosis! Nothing a circumcision can't cure! Go to your Doctor and explain the situation and I am sure he will recommend a circumcision!
The 200 million of us online won't tell. If the skin full retracts when you are aroused but not fully erect--cannot you just pull it down as you get erect? But if that is not working, do try the stretching method, most guys are successful in getting the skin to stretch, though at 19 you should have realized this about 7 years ago! Certainly you can also stretch it by getting erect more, and letting it stretch that way until you are in pain, or getting numb-- it will gradually stretch out. If you cannot get it to stretch out comfortably over the next 3 months of trying, then see a urologist, not a regular doctor. The urologist will determine if you need a slight incision to let the foreskin pull back, or he might take one look and say you are just fine, that it is doing what it is supposed to do. REmember over 70% of all guys are uncut, so you don't look like a cut guy.
It sounds like you might have a condition called phimosis, where the foreskin opening is too tight/narrow for you to be able to pull it all the way back in order to expose the entire glans (penis head). Fortunately there are many ways to treat and "cure" this condition.
The first thing you should try are called stretching exercises. See link 1 for good and detailed instructions on what to do. You should do these exercises for a few minutes each day for a few weeks to a month, preferably right after a shower/bath when the skin's most flexible.
If after a month or so and there's little/no progress, then you should ask your doctor about certain prescription creams that'll help loosen the foreskin. In one study, these creams are the most cost-effective treatment a doctor can provide (link 2, names of creams in one of the tables). Be aware that it can take a month or more for the cream(s) to fully work, but you can generally speed things up a little by combining them with the stretching exercises.
In almost all cases of phimosis the above two treatments (or a combination of the two) are all that's needed. Rarely will surgical intervention be necessary, so ignore any comments that suggest a circumcision as the first/only treatment because it's usually overkill. See links 3 and 4 for more info on phimosis.
Besides, if you can get your foreskin to function normally, there are certainly advantages to keeping it (see remaining links). Good luck with whatever you decide to try.
