To get bulk you need to do High weight, low reps. Find your max weight for each body type and do a few of them every day, resting a day only if you get sore.
Aerobics, which is basically what you're doing when you do high reps in a pattern from low to high, will take mass off.
If you are looking to bulk up. Try doing less cardio. Also life heavy weights. Lifting light weights high reps gets you cut up. Lifting Heavy small reps gets you bulk. You say that you sometimes take creatine. That was a big red flag. Creatine needs to be taken every day even the days you don't work out. When you 1st start there is a loading period.
