whats da diffirence between a man boobs or a fat boobs for men?and how u gonna know it?

Answers:
Man boobs are medically termed gynecomastia. That is when a guy actually has boobs. Not because he is fat, skinny men get this. Sometimes teenage boys get this for a few months during their "growth spurt". Fat boobs are just men that have boobs because they are fat. If you are fat and have boobs, they are prolly fat boobs not gynecomastia.
Same thing, whatever you call 'em, they're gross
Some men develop tissue in their breasts, that although harmless, will cause self-esteem issues. Fat boobs are just that, occurent with obesity and weight/health issues.
