Answers:
Anejaculation, as its name implies, is a condition characterized by the absence of ejaculation. The causes can be psychological and physical. Psychological anejaculation is usually anorgasmic i.e. unaccompanied by orgasm
PHYSICAL (NON-PSYCHOLOGICAL) CAUSES
Injury to sympathetic nervous system (e.g. following surgery for abdominal aortic aneurysm)
Pelvic fractures
Prostatic hypertrophy and prostatitis
Urethritis
Diabetes
Arteriosclerosis
Cardiovascular disease
Local genitourinary disease
Local sensory impairment
Polycythemia
Polyneuritis
Medicine can make this happen, e.g: cardiovask. drugs.
Smoking, drugs & alcohol can affect nerve, therfore increase anejaculation possibility.
Prostate issue
Yeah, there are a lot of meds that actually make it 'harder' for a male to ejaculate. Also too much masturbation can make it 'harder' for a male to ejaculate during intercourse. Is this man able to ejaculate ever, or only during self pleasure, or what?
But as far as not being able to ejaculate at all, I'd seek some medical attention.
YEAH, ALL OF THE ABOVE...THEY WILL STUNT YOUR GROWTH ALSO
I think you again put an undefined question with scanty information. Ejaculation is tightly linked with the erection and with the sexual act and then depending on the orgasm, when libido (pleasure) reaches its apex and mind through the nervous system sends the "signal" for the ejaculation to come. Stress, smoking or drinking are enemies of the sex but giving ED mainly, as like as the most illnesses. Once sexual intercourse is started and until penis stay hard, the orgasm remains a mental (psychological) fact only!
Antidepressants can cause that.
