The area between my legs is really itchy and i could feel little bumps on it and there's also the same itching behind my testicles. What's wrong? Oh yeah and is it normal if my left nut is farther back and almost behind my right nut?

and its natural for your testicles to be one higher and one lower, that way they dont get crushed together when you walk (thank goodness for evolution).
The testicles are normal. The itching could be your beginning puberty depending on your age. It could be hair coming in. It's a pain, but it will pass. :)
