ok well when i'm really turned on i tend to have like this clear stuff come out of my penis.. it's not come.. and there is no like orgasmic feelings.. what is it?? but MOSTLY how can i stop it?

its called pre-ejaculate... and its perfectly normal... some men do it and some don't... some do it a little and some alot. the final part of your question, how to stop it... you cannot... plain and simple... but... its not really a bad thing.

That is sperm. That is reason they came out with rubbers not because of diseases.It just happens they work for both. Guys thought they could just pull out before ejaculation but this pre ejaculation would come out and they wouldn't even notice and girls were getting pregnant.
