Muscle mass lost and strength!..please help!?
Question:
im 18yr old male..i used to be 186lbs at 5'91/2 i was very very strong at almost every lift i did lifting weights..i recently dropped down to 131lbs in 7 weeks, i followed a strict diet and lost tons of weight and muscle mass..i found out i have interenal problems now &im sick..i have to take about15 pills a day for the next few months to get better, the doc said the meds would make me very weak..after loosing this weight before i got sick i became very weak and my bech went from 225lbs to benching the bar!..i still kept working out but my strength is gone...ive been trying but how can i build it back up & get my old size back..i didnt take any supplements before & i had great results now im very skinny and weak..what can i do? please give the most detailed answer u can..& yes i know with dramatic weight loss there comes muscle mass loss and strength loss..and im also getting plenty of protein around 185g/day..

What diagnosis did your physician offer and what kind of medication(s) did he prescibe?
Other than the protein, are you eating a balanced diet and what are the total calories?
