Generally no.
Guys are attracted to girls with pretty faces and a pretty face is enough to get them interested enough to go talk to them. But we normally don't get all hot and bothered just by looking at someones face. However, a girl with nice body (bare midriff, breasts, booty, legs, etc) can sometimes lead to an erection because at that point you are undressing them with your eyes. Im most cases though, we normally get erections when there is some sort of physical stimulation (dancing, making out, etc).
I'm sure the same thing goes for women in that a guy who has a nice looking face isn't usually enough to get them hot and bothered. But a muscular guy with his shirt off, smooth chest and ripped abs probably is.

Me personally...a pretty face can get me interested in a girl. The first thing I noticed is eyes and smile. Getting a hard on, I never have, but a pretty face goes a long way sexually, because every guy, after sex, wants to see a pretty face on the person next to him.
