how can i loose body fat aroung the mid section?

Question:

Answers:
body fat can be lost thru aerobic activity. When you want to add muscle to a certain part of your body.you can. However, it is not possible to lose fat in certain areas.ie, you cannot direct the fat loss to your stomach and hips. Eat a little less in the way of hi glycemic foods (google it) and eat a little more protein. Exercise a little more.one answer here recommended running which I absolutely agree with. A longer, medium paced run is MUCH better than a shorter faster run. Your body will learn to burn fat as fuel (especially if you cut down on higher sugar/carb type foods) and you WILL LOSE THE FAT. It will be physically impossible for your body not to lose it. Good luck and be patient!

cardio

sit ups?

If you want "loose body fat," I would suggest eating a lot of fatty foods and sugar. Sounds pretty gross though.

Run in a slow pase for about 30 minutes 5 times a week it is the only way, cardio is the only thing to burn body fat, but you have to know that it is lost in all the body at the same time, you cant only loose fat in one part unless you get a liposuction

Start a diet and exercise program. cut the excess sugar and fat in ur diet. some cardio as well as weight lifting would help. jogging or swimming are the most effective for fat loss. but a bike will work as well. watch the soft drinks and beer.

Cycling may be the best or running. i like running because I want the type of fitness that comes with it. But I remember cycling loosing fat.
