A good remedy for damage hair?

Question:

Answers:
deep conditioners (if your hair is dry) also if you get all of the damaged ends cut off your hair will look healthier and it will grow back better.

Other Answers:
oooh yeah ok if u put on a deep conditioner in your hair when it is DRY and let it sit there for like 10-20 minutes that helps a lot! monthly trims keep away split ends. conditioners from the salon. not from walmart. the ones from the sal on work a lot better. leave in conditioners are great. dont blow dry your hair. NEVER rub a towel in your hair to dry it. use a towel as least as possible. that is one of the worst things for you hair nd actually cause it to break more. good luck!

Find a deep conditioner with PROTEIN in it. That is what will help reconstruct your hair the most. Go to a salon or beauty store & ask for the best one with protein in it.

Try and cut off as much as the damgage as possible. If you leave them split ends, it will only get worse for you. Them split ends will split all the way to to root of your scalp. And if you have all them split ends doing that, than you are left with a frizz bucket head. You see what i mean. What you can do is go to a salon and buy a conditioner such as Kolesterine, or an intense fortifying one. Joico has a great one also, called K-Pac. Go home and shampoo your hair. Than put the conditioner into your hair and use a wide toothed comb to run thru all of hair. Next, put a bag over the hair. Last step is to warm up the scalp with a blowdryer. Heat expands the hair shaft, it opens up, and allows that conditioner to get in. Do that for about 10 minutes. Than rinse off. Every time i rinse out, i do a rinse of cold water. Cold water does the opposite of warm. It closes the hair shaft, to leave hair nice and smooth and shiny. Try to let hair dry naturally, and maybe put velcro rollers in to smooth. Wash hair every other day, so not to dry out further. You can do the conditioner 2 times a week. The conditioner that you get from a salon is the best, and it is highly concentrated, it is worth the price. It is made up off what your hair is, and it is putting it back into the hair. Get a trim every 6 weeks, to maintain the ends. Try and stay away from any chemical services. That would be a diaster. So good luck to !

redken extreme anti snap..also redken extreme cat. they go into the cortex of your hair and rebuild the strand. reconstructors dont work nearly so well..deep conditioners layer the hair , not rebuild it.
