Other Answers:
Fasting is unhealthy.

Neither Exercise

Neither, but at least vegetables would give your body a little tiny something.

veg fast

Don't stop eating, that's bad for you. Drink water and eat veggies and fruits.

fasting is bad if you want to lose weight it has to be a lifestyle hit up biggest loser .come adn they have diet plans and recipes

just eat more vegetables, lots of fruit, count calories so that u can have treats now and then, go RUNNING (yes running!) every day, and spend less time on the scale and in front of the mirror. good luck to you!

Fasting is really bad for you and the effects are not permanent. You can loose some weight by fasting but as soon as you stop, it will all come back. Just excercise and eat healthy. There are soooooo many books on eating healthy.
good luck with loosing weight

Fasting isn't healthy! You should eat 3 small meals a day, something like a cheeseburger or sandwich with a small bag of chips. Eat little snack (2 times a day) like fritos which has plenty of iron which helps digest faster. Drink nothing but water (8 to 10 glasses a day is plenty), which helps cleans your system of new fats. You should also exercise for 3 days 2 hours each. Don't be disrespectful for you body and be active! Good luck!

It worked for me, I lost 80 pounds in 2 months!

A vegetable fast would be the lesser of the two evils as there are more vitamins & minerals in veggies than in water.

HOWEVER - if you are hoping for weight loss then fasting is the WORST thing you can do.

There are 3,500 calories of stored energy in 1 pound of body fat.

To lose 1 pound of body fat you need to USE these stored calories - that means expending 500 calories a day MORE than you take in to lose 1 pound of body fat a WEEK!

Fasting/very low calorie diets makes your body metabolise (use) MUSCLE tissue, (as it's easier for the body to convert into energy rather than having to convert FAT into energy.)

Combining a calorie controlled intake with exercise is the ONLY way to achieve lasting results.
