I want to grow my hair (on my head) that is.?

My hair is layered about the length passed a little over my bra. Its growing pretty slow and I wanted to know if anyone knows of any product or solution to use for my hair to grow faster and longer.I havent gotten an update or retouch on my hair since last November. Please help to keep my hair long and beautiful.But, also im not going to do anything else to it except growing it.

Try taking 50 mg of zinc everyday and/or seleniun 200 mcg everyday. It works,but remember it takes time for hair to grow - it won't happen overnight!
