Which is worse for dieter's, grams of fat or grams of sugar?

sugar is worse, makes you more hungry later, throws off blood sugar which can cause diabetes and your body to hold onto fat.. fat alone is atkins and a good way to lose weight.
sugar is just so much worse!
when dealing with only 100 calories though, thats like half an ounce of chips!! probably like 5 chips!!??
id choose chips for weight loss, but ive never been able to eat just five. but one cookie throws me off. sugar is too high.

Neither is good for your health. Replace the chips and the cookies with fruits and veggies. Problem solved!
In the end it'll be the same result. I would choose the one you like the best and go with it. If not try a vegetable.

Both. If you are trying to lose weight you need to cut back on both. Your body turns unused calories from sugar into fat so if you are eating excessive amounts of sugar it's as bad as eating high quantities of fat. They are both ok in moderation. Your body needs carbs for energy and fat for your organs to function properly. If you were to cut out both completely you would become ill. The best thing you can do is to think fit not thin. The best way to burn fat and carbs is cardio exercise. Running is the best, easiest and cheapest cardio exercise. All you need is a good pair of shoes and maybe a can of mace or a big dog depending where you live! If you need any more advice feel free to email me. I would be happy to answer any questions!
