how do I get rid of an ear ache?
Well! I was cleaning my ears with the usual "Q-Tip", afterwards I just couldn't hear normal from my right ear so I thought thay I probably plug it but I told my friends about it and they told me that I probably hurt it and it won't get back to normal. I am worried because it's already been two days and I still can't hear clear and now I'm starting to get some kind of pain. I'm scared I won't be able to hear normal anymore. I need your help. What should I do? or Is there something I could do other than going to the doctor?

You could try ear candling. However if you have an ear infection, you still need to see a doctor for antibiotics.

In my kids, I'd rather not mess with ear issues, but as an adult, you can probably determine whether this is an emergency or not.
Try some willow oil and garlic if it isn't perforated. That will help relieve the pain and the oil might help loosen any wax that has caused a plug.

2) Dry your ear and get some Q-tips and swab your ear
3) And then if that doesnt work then I think you should get a doctor to see that and get some medication

You should go to the doctor! Not to scare you but people do die from ear infections. The wonderful Jim Henson, creator of The Muppets, died of one. I have a lot of sinus and ear problems and my doctor has said not to put anything smaller than a fist in my ear (meaning don't put anything in it). If you use Q-Tips after a shower, I can tell you from experience that you are much more likely to get ear problems. When I get a very bad ear ache, I take pain medication and lay my ear on a heating pad.
