You have several types of solution.
a) Desensitization -- this is typically done via allergy shots and can reduce the severity.
b) Allergy medicines -- especially the prescription nasal sprays such as naslcort, etc.
c) Exposure reduction -- wash bedding weekly in hot water. Encase bed springs,mattress and pillows and in a specially designed cover. Limit carpeting and use hepa filtration vacuums. Finally, a hepa filer or a whole house electrostatic can also minimize exposure.
"c" can be difficult (and somewhat costly) but it is probably the most effective.
