All you have to do is go to a hair cutting place and by some of their leave in conditioner and some spray to put on it if u straighten it and somestuff that after you straighten it he keeps frizz down and makes it shine and smooth I have very thick hair and gets exstreamly dry after I blow dry it.and when you go get some stuff like that then asked to get ur hair thinned and layered normally helps a ton thats how my hair is and ppl always complents my hair so Give it a try.Good Luck sorry If I not much help I hope I am
