I don't think that's a mental disorder.In my opinion you are a very nice person and a people pleaser.The gift of giving makes you happy and feel good.If you don't want to give your stuff away but do it subconsciously, maybe invite people over for dinner and /or a movie that should make you feel good too.I honestly think you are looking for friends and people will love you if you give them stuff or not.

You probably have low self esteem, but it's not your fault, it happens when other people say mean and hurtful things to you. This makes you feel unworthy of forming friendships. Avoid mean people at all costs, they have big problems. Walk out the door, or hang up the phone.
