What does eating alot of ice do to your body?

I have been eating ice for at least 30 years. The dentist told me as a kid it would hurt my teeth. I have had one cavity in my life and have very strong teeth. It's just hard water. I'm not saying it won't hurt your teeth. It just hasn't hurt mine.

You should check with your doctor. May mean you have low blood.
